What is Centro Zaragoza?
Centro Zaragoza is a research institute specialized in the automotive sector, renowned for its rigorous certification of parts and processes related to safety and quality.
It focuses on vehicle damage repair and prevention, and is backed by insurance companies representing 75% of the sector in Spain.
Certification process
Appearance and Assembly Time
The overall appearance and adaptability of the part ensure perfect integration with the vehicle, maintaining assembly times equal to or shorter than those specified by the manufacturer.
Control and Resistance Testing
The use of approved raw materials ensures resistance to color fading, heat, low-temperature impact, and exposure to fuels.
Paintability and Crash Test
Paintability ensures resistance to humidity, high-pressure washing, and solvents, while also passing impact tests such as the pendulum Crash Test.
Identification
After the certification process, Centro Zaragoza issues an adhesive label bearing the CZ initials, certification details, and a barcode for identification.
